Thank goodness! I thought I was the only person in the area who felt this way, I have an elderly dog that nearly has a heart attack each November, I don't like having to drug my dog on the worst nights (vets suggestion) but cannot see any other way. The fireworks start late October and sometimes go on until the middle November, people have no thought for their neighbours or their neighbours pets. When the firework display was an organised event it was much better, most locals went to that and didn't have the need to be letting off fireworks, sometimes as late as 11pm at night. Bring back the display! I'm all for it.
